Excellent Service Needed a LFT test to board a cruise so booked this online for Gatwick North Terminal the evening before our departure. We arrived early but no problem as they were not busy. The procedure was faultless. Only criticism was that the location was in arrivals Hall at T5 not departure hall as advised. Had to troop around a while to locate it. Result came through inthe defined time.
