This is to be used if you are NOT travelling but need a test

After The Test

Your sample will then be transported to our laboratory, where it will be tested for COVID-19. See our About Us section if you require further information.

Your Results

You will receive your results via email.

We aim to deliver your results by 10pm the day after your test, however, results could take up to 48 hours to receive.

If your result is negative, you will receive email confirmation of this. Note this is not suitable for Travel – you must book a Fit to Fly &/or Test to release as appropriate

If your result is positive, we will contact you with instructions on the appropriate next steps to take. We will then contact the appropriate UK Public Health authority on your behalf and send your details on to the NHS Test and Trace service.

This is for travelling FROM the UK, where a PCR test is required

After The Test

Your Results

You will receive your results via email.

We aim to deliver your results by 10pm the day after your test, however, results could take up to 48 hours to receive. It is your responsibility to ensure you allow at least 48 hours to receive your results before planning any arrangements, such as travel, that may require your results by a certain time.

If your result is negative, you will receive email confirmation of this and a ‘Fit to Fly’ certificate. You must check with your travel provider that they will accept this documentation, before booking a test. Requirements for entry to countries during the COVID-19 pandemic may differ and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary documentation and information before you travel.

If your result is positive, we will contact you with instructions on the appropriate next steps to take. We will then contact the appropriate UK Public Health authority on your behalf and send your details on to the NHS Test and Trace service.

This is for travelling FROM the UK, where a Antigen Lateral Flow Test is required

Your Results

You will receive your results via email, approximately 30mins after your test.

It is your responsibility to ensure you allow sufficient time to receive your results before planning any arrangements, such as travel, that may require your results by a certain time.

If your result is negative, you will receive email confirmation of this and a ‘Fit to Fly’ certificate. You must check with your travel provider that they will accept this documentation, before booking a test. Requirements for entry to countries during the COVID-19 pandemic may differ and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary documentation and information before you travel.

If your result is positive, we will contact you with instructions on the appropriate next steps to take. We will then contact the appropriate UK Public Health authority on your behalf and send your details on to the NHS Test and Trace service.

This service is for passengers arriving into England that require a Day 2 & Day 8 test.

You can also select a Test to Release test as part of one of the arrivals tests package.

We will then contact the relevant public health authorities on your behalf and send your details on to the NHS Test and Trace service. Any remaining tests will be cancelled and no refund or voucher will be given. This is due to positive samples requiring additional processing to check for variants of COVID-19 as per UK Government regulations

This is to be used if you are arriving in England and are able to reduce your quarantine time

You are able to book this as a package of Tests, together with Arrivals Day 2 & 8 Tests.

If your result is positive, we will contact you with instructions on the appropriate next steps to take. We will then contact the relevant public health authorities on your behalf and send your details on to the NHS Test and Trace service.

Our Testing Process

At the laboratory the sample is screened using gold standard PCR technology, as used by media clients such as Amazon, Netflix, Warner Bros and BBC as well as the PGA European Tour. See our why choose us section if you require further information.

You will receive your results via email, we aim to deliver your results by 10pm the following day after the laboratory receives the sample.

Your Results

If your result is negative, you will receive email confirmation of this. You will also receive a ‘Fit to Fly’ certificate, although you must check with your travel operator that this is acceptable documentation.

If your result is positive, we will contact you with instructions on the appropriate next steps to take. We will then contact the appropriate UK Public Health authority on your behalf and send your details on to the NHS Test and Trace service.

You can book and pay for your preferred time and testing centre via our ‘Book a Test’ page. Within 30 minutes of paying and booking, you will then be sent a confirmation email with a QR code.

You must bring a copy of the QR code with you on the day of your test. Please also bring a copy of your valid passport if you require a Fit to Fly Certificate or have booked for Test to Release test.
