The ExpressTest in-terminal testing facility is located within Gatwick Airport's North Terminal. Customers should park in the North Terminal Short Stay multi-story Car Park, the terminal entrance is located on Level 3. Please then follow the signs for arrivals and turn right at the bottom of the staircase. The testing area is located on the ground floor by arrivals adjacent to the Costa Coffee and is clearly signposted.
Customers are required to wear face masks at all times (unless exempt) and maintain social distancing when visiting our in terminal facility. All customers must sanitise their hands before entering the facility, using our provided stations.
Our customer's safety is of the upmost importance, so we have stringent safety procedures in place and the testing booths are sanitised between each appointment. All of our swabbers wear full PPE whilst carrying out the swabbing process.
If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not visit our screening centre but contact the NHS on 111 to arrange a test.
If you are booking a Fit to Fly test, it is your responsibility to check with your travel provider that they will accept this documentation before booking a test.
