Please keep your booking confirmation email with QR code and take this with you for your test. The testing center is located at the rightmost end of the T5 arrivals level and will have dedicated staff to guide you through the test.

The Terminal 5 Arrivals testing centre is also open to those not travelling through Heathrow.
For ExpressTest in T5 Arrivals please go to level 0 (ground level), and go inside the terminal building then turn immediately right. You will find our Testing centre at the far end of the building beyond Café Nero and the red coloured lift. It is clearly signposted "Testing Centre" on the pillars.
If you are arriving from an international flight, upon exiting customs via World Duty Free (the Costa coffee shop is directly in front of you) turn left and proceed to the very end of the concourse.
If you are arriving from a domestic flight, once you pass through the doors after baggage reclaim, stay on the same level and walk all the way down past the shops, following the signs on the pillars for "Testing Centre".
