If your test is more than 72 hours away, we will issue you with a voucher that can be used to redeem a test at any of our sites across the UK. This voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of your original test. (If you have an account and your test is more than 72 hours away, you can log into your account, cancel your booking and a voucher will automatically be issued)

If your test is within 72 hours a voucher will not be issued unless your flight has been cancelled by the airline or government guidelines have changed. In this event, we will ask for proof of that fact and you will receive a voucher that can be used to redeem a test at any of our sites across the UK.
