Parking - arriving by car: follow the signs to the Premium Set Down Car Park and park near the ‘Customer Service’ kiosk. Present your car park ticket at the kiosk, along with the QR code from your ExpressTest booking confirmation email. Your ticket will be validated for a rate of £2 for one hour* which will give you plenty of time for your test to be done.
Follow ExpressTest signage from the kiosk, which will point you toward the clearly signed Car Park 1 (located across the road on the southeast perimeter of the Premium Set Down Car Park). Express Test is located on the ground floor of the building to the right of Car Park 1 (Diamond House).
* Be certain not to remain parked for over one hour, as the parking fee will go up very significantly after that time.
Arriving by rail at Birmingham International station: take Air-Rail to the airport terminal. Upon arrival, proceed to the ground floor and exit the terminal. Cross the roadway and head all the way to the opposite end of the Premium Set Down Car Park where you will see Car Park 1, clearly signed, across the road. ExpressTest is located on the ground floor of the building to the right of Car Park 1 (Diamond House).
From the terminal: You will find the Premium Set Down Car Park across the roadway from any exit on the ground floor of the terminal. Cross to the ‘Customer Service’ kiosk in the Premium Set Down Car Park. Follow ExpressTest signage, which will point you toward the clearly signed Car Park 1 (located across the road on the southeast perimeter of the Premium Set Down Car Park). Express Test is located on the ground floor of the building to the right of Car Park 1 (Diamond House).

Location information: ExpressTest is located on the Upper Rose Gallery in Unit 15 next to Vision Express and Vans. If you are having trouble finding the test site, contact someone at one of Bluewater’s concierge desks, who will be happy to help direct you.
Public transportation: the closest train station to Bluewater is Greenhithe, from which there is regular bus service throughout the day. Ebbsfleet International is also close to Bluewater; take 484 bus (via Castle Hill and Swanscombe) to Bluewater.
Parking: No free parking at Bluewater Shopping Centre. Park in the Marks and Spencer car park and enter the centre through M&S, using the escalators/lift to access the upper level. When you reach the exit from M&S into the rentre, turn right and ExpressTest is the third shop along

Location information: The new ExpressTest Drive Through test centre is located in the P5 Car Park at the Heathrow cargo centre, which is on Southern Perimeter Road between Terminals 4 and 5. Follow the signs to ExpressTest and turn into the Heathrow Cargo Centre at the traffic light (nearest the blue Arora parking garage). Proceed to the roundabout and take the 4th exit which will bring you directly to the P5 Car Park.

Please select one of our other Heathrow test centres. The nearest alternative is at Terminal 3 which is a 10 minute walk. Follow the signage to Terminal 3 Departures through the underground connection tunnel.

Enter the terminal on the departures level and follow the signs to Zone G. Take the lifts (labeled 'Trains to London, Terminals 2, 3, 5') directly opposite the entrance to Zone G to level 1. Upon exiting the lift at level 1, ExpressTest is located directly ahead.
Customers arriving at terminal 4 via the TfL Elizabeth Line may take the lift from the train platform to level 1. Upon exiting the lift at level 1, ExpressTest is located directly ahead.

Wheelchair accessibility: The principle testing area at our Heathrow Terminal 4 In Terminal test centre is not fully accessible to customers who cannot negotiate stairs in an emergency. We do, however, have a dedicated space on the departures level of Terminal 4 which is fully equipped for COVID-19 testing and which will allow you to be tested any time during our open hours in a safe and private space.
In order to secure a test at in this dedicated space, book an appointment at the Terminal 4 test centre and upon arrival at the terminal proceed to the departure level and the lifts opposite Zone G. Dial the phone number provided on the ExpressTest posters adjacent to the lifts. This will connect with an ExpressTest staff member who will dispatch a swabber to escort you to the swabbing space and conduct your test.
Heathrow Airport Terminal 5
