Managing Your Profile

Managing Profiles

With ExpressTest, you are able to support the testing and certification of individuals close to you but who may not have access to an appropriate device or the ability to use the app themselves, e.g. a child. To do this, you will need to create a profile for each individual within your account.

Create a profile

1) From the Hub screen, tap ‘Manage my group’

2) Tap ‘Add a new Person’, complete all the information required and then tap ‘Save’. We are aware that for family groups, most of the information - address, phone number and email address - is the same. We do not insist that you complete it. Any fields left blank will use data from the App Owner's (your) profile.

 

Amending Profiles

Currently you cannot delete or amend a profile. You can contact customer services to carry this out on your behalf or you can create another profile with the correct details.
