Booking Cancellation / Voucher Request

If your test is more than 72 hours away, we will issue you with a voucher that can be used to redeem a test at any of our sites across the UK. This voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of your original test.

If your test is within 72 hours a voucher will not be issued unless your flight has been cancelled by the airline or government guidelines have changed. In this event, we will ask for proof of that fact and you will receive a voucher that can be used to redeem a test at any of our sites across the UK.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please complete and submit the form below. (If you have an account and your test is more than 72 hours away, you can log into your account, cancel your booking and a voucher will automatically be issued)

Please also use this form you have been impacted by the latest UK Government announcement to cancel and opt for a voucher or refund.

Due to the large volumes of refund requests we are now receiving as a result of government changes, refunds may take up to 21 days.
